How much will shipping cost me?

All website orders are shipped at no charge. There is no minimum purchase required.

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery times will depend on whether your item(s) are currently in stock. Orders received before 12pm AET will commence processing the following working day.

The approximate delivery times below include packing and dispatch.

How can I track the progress of my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you invoice will be emailed to you. Your invoice number can be used to track your order via Toll by clicking here. If you have any further questions, you can contact our Customer Support team.

 

My item is on back order. When will I receive it?

Out of stock items will be placed on back order and supplied as the stock is available. ETAs for back ordered items may vary. If you would like an ETA on your item, please contact Customer Support and quote your order number.

What if I'm outside Australia or New Zealand?

For purchasing of university or VET resources outside of Australia or New Zealand please visit our overseas students page.

Cengage Australia also has the distribution rights within Papua New Guinea and Fiji.
