Kurt Lanigan has two diplomas from Nova Scotia Community College (Data Processing Technology and Mini/Micro Computer Specialist). He is also certified in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access (MOS) from Microsoft as well as being a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). He has been at the college for 18 years and is always trying to upgrade his skillset to improve the content that he delivers to students as well as upgrading his own knowledge in the IT world. He has had his own company (StorLogic Inc) for the last 19 years where his clients rely on his broad knowledge of the IT industry to help them navigate the ever-changing IT industry. From server installs to web design, he tries to be a one-stop shop for small companies in his area. Kurt has a great family (wife Andrea, son Aiden, dog Brady and cat Gisele). They like to travel and visit new places as often as they can. Kurt is also an avid golfer and loves to do projects around the house.
